Q. Do I need an appointment?

A. Walk-ins are always welcome; however it is better to get an appointment.

Q. What do I need to bring with me for fingerprinting services?

A. You are required to bring two pieces of acceptable identification (one of them must be a photo ID) and the application fees. Please visit Our Services page to see a list of acceptable identifications.

All fingerprinting applicants for Canadian Citizenship must bring a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. This letter must include the address for 3rd party results and should have a CIC file number which will be included in your transaction. Please make sure you bring this letter with your permanent residence card for your fingerprinting session.

Q. How do I get my results?

A. Your application results can be sent directly to you or an authorized third party such as a family member, an employer, immigration or pardons agency etc.

Q.  How can I find out the status of my application once it has been submitted to RCMP?

A. The applicant can call us or send an email to confirm successful submission of fingerprints to RCMP. Unless authorized by the applicant, the RCMP does not release any further information to Worldwide Forensic Services Inc. The applicant or an authorized third party may inquire about the status of fingerprints submission by contacting RCMP Fingerprint Screening Services at 613-998-6362 or by email civilnps@rcmp-grc.gc.ca

Q. Do I need to submit fingerprints for Citizenship Application

A. You may be required to provide a police clearance with fingerprints.

Q. Do I need to submit fingerprints for Immigration Application

A. You may be required to provide a police clearance with fingerprints.

Q. Do I need to submit fingerprints for an international adoption application?

A. If  you wish to adopt a child from a foreign country, you will be required to submit police clearance with fingerprints.
