From Hwy. 401, exit at McCowan Road South. Drive under two over­passes. Then turn right (west) onto 55 Town Cen­tre Court. There is metered street park­ing avail­able, as well as ample park­ing space at Scar­bor­ough Town Cen­tre (after 10:00 a.m.), just north of our offices.

Close to Scar­bor­ough Town Cen­tre TTC and McCowan RT Sta­tion (approx. 200 yards)

Park­ing  Options

Vis­i­tor park­ing at the rear of the build­ing. Pub­lic park­ing at P1 level (park­ing lot) of the build­ing (entrance on the west side).

Free park­ing at P2 level of the build­ing after 3:30 pm and on weekends.

Park­ing at Scar­bor­ough Town Cen­tre (all park­ing lots are open after 11 am)

Pay Park­ing in the lot imme­di­ately East of the YMCA (vis­i­ble in the pic­ture below)

Metered Park­ing in front of 55 Town Cen­tre Court and behind on Bor­ough Drive (until 6pm, then free)

Metered Park­ing in the park­ing lot at  200 Town Cen­tre Ct (just West of the YMCA)

Pay Park­ing – Scar­bor­ough Civic Centre.
