Our facility is equipped with L SCAN Guardian®, a compact, mobile, ten-print capture scanner system with unique features such as the patented auto capture capability and Perfect Roll™ technology, allowing foolproof fingerprint acquisition – positioning.
The applicant(s) may get an appointment or can walk-in with two pieces of valid acceptable identification (one of them must be a photo ID) and the applicable fees. The following are the acceptable identifications:
1. Passport.
2. Driver’s Licence.
3. Landing Papers (record of landing).
4. Government ID.
5. Social Insurance Number.
6. Birth Certificate.
7. Citizenship Card or Document.
8. Permanent Residence Card.
9. Provincial Identification Card.
10. Work Permit.
11. Student Permit.

All fingerprinting applicants for Canadian Citizenship must bring a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. This letter must include the address for 3rd party results and should have a CIC file number which will be included in your transaction. Please make sure you bring this letter with your Permanent Residence Card or Record of Landing for your fingerprinting session.

Q. Why electronic fingerprints are better that the traditional ink & roll fingerprints?
A. Electronic fingerprinting is much faster than the ink & roll fingerprinting. The RCMP normally process electronic fingerprint submissions in 72 hours, as compared to the months taken for processing ink & roll fingerprints.
Q. I understand that in addition to fingerprinting services, your company also provides CPIC/Police Clearance Services. Is there any difference in the services provided by you and the local police?
A. There is no difference in the services.
Q. I applied for a police check and my application was returned asking for submission of my fingerprints to the RCMP. What should I do?
A. You can come to us for fingerprinting needs. We are accredited and certified by the RCMP for this purposes. We will take your fingerprints digitally and submit them to the RCMP electronically. No hassles.
Q. Do you take fingerprints on form C216C?
A. Yes we do. We take fingerprints with digital scanner and electronically transmit them as form C216C to the RCMP. You can get a hard copy at an additional cost.
Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. Walk-ins are always welcome; however it is better to get an appointment.
Q. What do I need to bring with me for fingerprinting services?
A. You are required to bring two pieces of acceptable identification (one of them must be a photo ID) and the application fees.

Q. How do I get my results?
A. Your application results can be sent directly to you or an authorized third party such as a family member, an employer, immigration or pardons agency etc.
Q. Do you provide fingerprints on FBI card (Form FD 258)?
A. Yes we do. We are forensic professionals and make sure that your fingerprints pass the quality tests of the FBI. Please visit our FBI Clearance Page.
Q. Do I need to bring FBI card with me for fingerprinting needs?
A. You just have two bring valid IDs and applicable fees. We have FBI fingerprint cards and the required information.
Q. Do you provide fingerprinting service for getting police clearance from the other countries?
A. Yes we do.
Q. How can I find out the status of my application once it has been submitted to RCMP?
A. The applicant can call us or send an email to confirm successful submission of fingerprints to RCMP. Unless authorized by the applicant, the RCMP does not release any further information to Worldwide Forensic Services Inc. The applicant or an authorized third party may inquire about the status of fingerprints submission by contacting RCMP Fingerprint Screening Services at 613–998-6362 or by email civilnps@rcmp-grc.gc.ca

A. You may be required to provide a police clearance with fingerprints.

A. If you wish to adopt a child from a foreign country, you will be required to submit police clearance with fingerprints.
